This is probably going to be a bit of a hot take but hear me out. At first the game makes you believe that through the chaos ending youre going to create a world where the strong oppress the weak. Chacos are best for the serious outdoor adventurer. Particularly anyone who works on rivers oceans or bodies of water. They are a bit more heavy duty than Tevas in most cases and will last you most of your life.
